The forced fertilizer dosage system through the twin conveyorbelts in the hopper bottom and dosage gate-openings ensures an accurate volume in liter per ha.

The fertilizer characteristics does not influence the spread amount.

With the controlled supply of fertilizer on to the discs only the chute-position (fertilizer drop point on the discs) needs adjustment, when changing

The spreader  is operated mechanical by means of a land wheel which with great force is pressed against the rear wheels of the tractor.

Start and stop spreading is done hydraulically.

The land wheel operates the conveyor belts in the hopper bottom.

An accurate setting is ensured for both small and large amounts by 3 different rates of speed on the belts and a fluctuating shutter opening.

The gearbox is closed and run through an oil bath. All ball bearings are closed and often additionally provided with a greased proofing.

A dosage chart for 12-36 m working width is attached to the spreader.

Required spread amount is first converted from kg/ha into litre/ha. Then the chart can be used regardles of fertilizer type or manufacturer

With the spreader a "slide" is supplied for the conversion from kg/ha into l/ha

2 large Ø82 cm spreading discs spreads the fertilizer at high speeds when leaving the spreading wings. This combined with a flat spreading curve ensures little wind sensitivity.

While standard discs spread from 12-36 meters

The belt transmission ensures an effective transfer of the power from the tractor’s pto unit to the discs. With the belts a constantly working safety coupling is achieved.  The drive-powered dosing, which is  uncoupled hydraulically, causes a constant rotation of the discs while the spreader runs in the field. The pto unit is only operated when starting spreading and when leaving the field.

Standardly the spreader has a headland gear, for 12-28 m border spreading.
By activating the headland gear the rotations are reduced with 50% on the left disc (towards the headland), which ensures the correct doses up to a headland. The right disc (into the field) runs with the normal rotations, and thereby you will get the double overlapp from the second drive.
