 The dosing (conveyor belt in hopper bottom) is powered by the land wheel pressing against the trailers wheel.

2 strong springs, one placed inside the other, ensures that the land wheel is forced down onto the trailer wheel with a force of 400 kg
This ensures accurate & ground speed related spreading. 

The system has a robust construction and is easy to adjust for the various trailer wheel sizes.

2 slide plastics as well as 2 slide plates guide the rear door. This guarantees an unproblematic adjustment whether or not the hopper holds a large or small amount. There is a direct reading in mm at the rear door opening. The rear door can be pre-adjusted after which the adjustment is kept even though the rear door is closed for transport.

 ONE dosing chart suitable for all substances as long as the litre weight is known.  The dosing chart comes with the machine in different versions. One is included in the instruction manual, another is applied on the machine and the last one exists in a pocket size, shaped as a slide table with built-in conversion from kg/ha to litre/ha.      

Depending on the substance, the SPC 4500 transmission can be equipped with special discs for spreading of fertilizer at 12-36 m working width.

For spreading of difficult lime, sand, gravel, soil etc. a kit for reversing the discs are offered. It changes the revolutions of the discs, which makes it possible to spread the above mentioned satisfactory. If the spreader only is used for top dressing, a reversed transmission is offered.

BREDAL K-type spreaders are built up in two main parts:

• The hopper with the movable parts on the construction, which are of importance according to the spreading.
• The chassis, which must carry the load as well as absorbing the great effects of the transport and the running on uneven terrain. The chassis is very strongly built with reinforcements at critical places.  
   

 The conveyor belt of the spreader in the standard version is operated by a powerful two gear slow-speed transmission.
The land wheel powers via a pto-shaft the ground speed related spreading to the conveyor powers the powerful slow-speed transmission that operates the conveyor belt by means of a pto-shaft .

A standard The power of the dosing wheel is transferred through a pto shaft to a powerful slow-speed transmission chain. The two gears ensure a slow and a fast belt speed respectively. This guarantees an optimal opening of the rear door for both the lime and the fertilizer.
